We protect the environment within our facility, prevent pollution, and aim to reduce negative environmental impacts.
To achieve this, we:
- Comply with legal regulations and work to reduce environmental impact.
- Carefully separate waste based on source, group, and hazard class.
- Use hazardous substances and chemicals only when necessary and in appropriate amounts to reduce negative environmental effects and waste generation.
- Prefer recycled and eco-friendly labeled materials and create opportunities for reuse.
- Use single-use materials (paper, napkins, toilet paper, packaging, etc.) only as needed to reduce waste.
- Store waste properly according to its characteristics and deliver it to licensed facilities within legal time limits while keeping records.
- Use water, energy, and natural resources efficiently and share this awareness with employees, guests, and suppliers.
- Measure environmental performance, monitor goals, and aim for continuous improvement.
- Educate employees on environmental awareness and sensitivity.
CHILD RIGHTS POLICY
Children are entrusted to us as the future. Recognizing them as individuals, respecting their rights, and protecting them against all forms of psychological, physical, and commercial exploitation is our priority.
To ensure this:
- We do not allow child labor in our facilities and expect the same from all business partners.

- Ensure that their production and procurement processes do not harm the environment and comply with environmental legislation.
- Use/consume resources appropriately without harming natural life and ecosystems, and comply with hunting bans.
- Work to minimize waste and manage it correctly, offer reduced or bulk packaging alternatives.
- Provide environmentally friendly, efficient, local, ethical, recyclable or recycled materials, organic, bio, vegan, cruelty-free, and chemical-free alternatives.
- Be domestic and local producers/service providers.
- Provide products/services that reflect/promote the cuisine, traditions, and culture of our country/region.
We value these principles and convey them to our stakeholder suppliers. We aim to create efficient procurement opportunities with our suppliers and minimize environmental impacts arising from procurement processes.
